The “Il Bassotto” restaurant uses zero-mile products from the Upper Rhine Valley, proposing a menu that particularly reflects the strong bond it has with the local mountains, continuously carrying out culinary research to recover ancient local traditions. Organic flour and eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables, meat produced in the local Apennine farms are always present on our menu.
The other proposal is our Osteria (Inn), an informal environment offering a simple, rustic menu. A warm, cosy atmosphere where you will be able to savour wholesome, dishes which are naturally made with zero-mile products.
